Corps members deployed to the FCT for their one year mandatory service have been urged to sensitize their host communities on the proactive measures against the dreaded Ebola virus disease. The FCT Minister of State , Oloye Olajumoke Akinjide, gave the advice during the closing ceremony of the 2014 Batch ‘B’ orientation  exercise for corps members at the NYSC orientation camp, Kubwa.

Akinjide, who was represented by the Director, Finance and Administration in the FCTA, Salisu Kalamu, enjoined them to take advantage of the opportunities provided by the programme to improve their personal lots in the march to generating wealth and advancing the course of national development. “As a community, we look up to our youths for creative innovations and positive changes and as a government, we are determined to give our youths the best that we can afford,” she assured.
