Rwandan Healthcare Federation together with the Rwanda Development Board, will be hosting the 4th Annual East African Healthcare Federation Conference from the17th19th of May 2015 at the Serena Hotel in Kigali.

The conference theme – ‘The Role of the Private Sector in Financial Sustainability of Healthcare Delivery Systems’ – is expected to attract over 400 international & regional delegates representing both the public & private sector of the healthcare industry. This event will be officially graced by Dr. Agnes Binagwaho

Dr Jean Nyrinkwaya, Chairman of the Rwandan Healthcare Federation states: “The conference theme is topical and relevant to this region in this present time. We are experiencing the fastest economic growth numbers yet our healthcare delivery systems are not growing at a pace to reflect that. The public & private sector will be coming together to debate why & how we can change this.”

Commenting on Rwanda hosting this year’s conference, the RHF Chairman further states: “Rwanda has always been at the forefront of challenging obstacles with home grown solutions. Working closely with our regional partners will ensure we find the right solution for our needs.” The conference, in its 4th successful year, attracts hundreds of delegates and includes an exhibition with over 30 private companies displaying their innovative solutions in healthcare.
