As part of activities to mark the World Malaria Day, 2016, Etisalat Telecommunication Company ( a telecommications giant in Nigeria and some African countries and the Middle east ) has disclosed its plans to commemorate it by setting up “Fight Malaria Clubs” in Secondary Schools in Nigeria in order to educate secondary School student on what it will take to eliminate Malaria in Nigeria and to help meet strategic priorities and approaches that will facilitate the dissemination of information for empowerment against Malaria.

    Having such clubs in schools will educate students firsthand on how to eradicate malaria in a better way in their household.
