Facial exercises can reduce wrinkles—Study

A study involving a small group of women aged 35-58 years has shown that facial exercise twice a day can after about eight weeks reduce facial wrinkles, the skin becomes firmer and more elastic. The exercises involve the upper and lower eyelids, the lips and the eyebrows, closing the eyes tight and opening several times; smiling while the lips are closed tight. The study was published in the Journal of dermatological Treatment.
