1. Cashew nuts help reduce risk of gall bladder stones in women
Gall Bladder stones are to be common in women in their forties, fair and fat. Cashew nuts help to regulate weight and studies have shown that women who consume nuts regularly have 25 percent lower risk of developing gall stones.

2. Indoor smoke from solid fuel use is associated with lung diseases 
The use of solid fuel for cooking or heating in open fires or inadequately vented stoves and ovens and in dwellings with poor ventilation produces high concentrations of air pollutants such as particulate matter and carbon monoxide. These pollutants have been linked to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and lung cancer in adults and to pneumonia in children.
3. The location of your home can affect your health
The location of a house could be hazardous; certain neighbourhoods are prone to violence and other social vices that are deleterious to health. Location also determines availability of potable water supply and proper sanitation facilities.   
4. Whole egg is a source of healthy nutrients
Whole eggs are rich in protein, fat and micronutrients. The egg has two parts; the white part and the yolk (yellow part). The white is very rich in protein while the yellow part called the yolk is very rich in cholesterol; the latter (cholesterol) is worsened by frying the egg, as some cooking oils also contain cholesterol.
However, eggs contain all nine essential amino acids in the required quantities besides minerals and vitamins.
In adults about two eggs a week will do but as we age this should reduce.
5. Tropical fruit oils are sources of unhealthy fat
Tropical fruit oils such as palm oil, coconut oil and cocoa butter contain plenty of saturated fat which is bad for the heart and blood vessels. Palm oil is quite popular in a country like Nigeria where it is used by a majority of the population for cooking.

Chocolate is considered an aphrodisiac by some as it contains some chemicals like Phenyl-ethylamine (which is similar to amphetamine), Tryptophan which can be used in the production of serotonin, Andandamine which mimics the effects of cannabis, Caffeine and Theobromine. All these have the effects of increased desire, arousal and sexual satisfaction in women and men.
