1. Sex Improves Intimacy
Having sex and orgasms increases levels of the hormone oxytocin, the so-called love hormone, which helps us bond and build trust. Researchers from the University of Pittsburgh and the University of North Carolina evaluated 59 premenopausal women before and after warm contact with their husbands and partners ending with hugs. They found that the more contact, the higher the oxytocin levels. Oxytocin allows us to feel the urge to nurture
2. Exposure to cold can cause muscle/joint pains
Persons exposed to extreme cold may experience muscle pains and also joint pains. They complain of wrist pain (carpal tunnel syndrome), neck pain, chest pain, joint pain and stiffness sometime due to inflammation of the tendons.
3. Being Loved improves self confidence
Those who are in love and are loved have more self-confidence; they do not suffer from low self-esteem. On the other hand, those not loved may feel worthless, tend to isolate themselves and suffer from loneliness.
4. Mutual respect is key for a successful marriage
You must respect one another; in some societies, women are treated almost like second class citizens, in Africa, women are inhibited by some traditions which by all means are outdated. Women could not vote in some developed countries until a few years ago. Until a few weeks ago, women were not allowed to drive a car in Saudi Arabia. These restrictions have been abused by some men who thus see their spouses as an unequal.
Women who are actually gifted with sharp tongues could lash out on their spouses if they so wish.
So both sexes have their faults. However, for a successful relationship you must respect each other.
Do not talk to your spouse in the manner you cannot talk to your boss, use that as a bench-mark.
Mutual respect is key.

Dark leafy greens like spinach, ugu, bitter leaf are rich in lutein, a type of carotenoid that protects against macular degeneration, the leading cause of vision loss in people over 60.
