Some scientists in a study published, have found out that resistance to a key anti- malaria drug that cannot be passed on by mosquitoes in a break through they believe could drastically improve the way the disease is battled.

They also said the discovery could potentially shut down the avenue for mass drug resistance to the spread, making malaria treatment significantly more effective for the 3.2 billion people at risk.
