How daily intake of apple can ward off aging

An apple a day can keep ageing at bay, according to new medical research which could help prevent muscles wasting away in older people.
The research reveals that the apple peal and green tomatoes have natural chemical properties which could turn back time for tired older muscles. The two compounds Ursolic acid in apple peel and tomatidine in green tomatoes dramatically reduce age – related muscle weakness and atrophy after just two months of daily intake.
This study was carried by scientists in the University of Iowa, United States of America.
