3. Japanese embassy donate to Ntcheu district Hospital, Malawi.
The International Ladies Benevolent Society (ILBS) of Japan has donated adequate and appropriate medical equipment- MVA beds, stretchers, lumps, mobile oxygen machine, stretchers, thermometers, worth K3 million to Ntcheu district Hospital, Malawi in order for the health facility to provide quality health service.
His Excellency Shiuchiro Nishioka, Japanese Ambassador to Malawi has said ILBS through the embassy also provide cash to assist the hospital administration to be buying basic medical equipment such as Stethoscope, thermometer and Blood pressure medicine.
In his remark, Ntcheu District Health Officer, Dr. Mike Chisema has said the donation will go a long way in improving health service delivery in the facility and has also appealed to the health workers at the hospitals to take care of the hospital.
