Nigeria: AKTH Workers Begin Strike
The workers of Aminu Kano Teaching Hospital (AKTH), Kano under the auspices of the Joint Health Sector Union (JOHESU) have begun a one-week warning strike.
We learnt yesterday that members of the union were directed to commence the warning strike starting from yesterday. The Director of Public Affairs Department of the hospital, Alhaji Aminu Inuwa, confirmed the development.
