In his message to the children on the occasion of 2016 Children’s Day celebration, the President of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari has re-affirmed Nigeria’s commitment to the well being of its children.

The President therefore assured that good health and well being of Nigerian children remained top priorities in his agenda and that an allocation of N12.6 billion had been made in the 2016 budget for vaccine and programmes to prevent childhood killer disease, such as Polio, Measles and Yellow fever.
