Nigeria records first baby by freeze egg.
The Bridge clinic in Lagos has recorded the birth of its first baby conceived through the Oocyte (Egg) freezing protocol.
Human Oocyte cryopreservation (egg freezing) is a process in which a woman’s egg is extracted, frozen and stored. Later when she is ready to get pregnant, the egg can be thawed, fertilized and transferred to the uterus as embryo.
