One of six Africans has a form of mental problem so says the Regional Director for the World health Organisation (WHO), Dr. Matsidiso Moeti. He said this in Liberia during the celebration of the World Mental Health day in Monrovia, the capital of Liberia.
Mental disorder ranges from anxiety, depression, paranoia, hyper/hypo active states, bi-polar to other extreme forms.
The theme of this year’s celebration is ‘Dignity and Mental Health”.
