Health expert/senior researcher with the National Institute of Medical Research (NIMR), Dr. Esther Ngadaya has advised government to review and expand its policy on detecting tuberculosis (TB) patients among women and treatment guidelines on HIV/AIDS patients.

She also said that TB tests such as a chest x-ray and sputum culture carried out in mother and child clinics.
