A recent collaborative between study by the University of East Anglia, UK and Harvard University, USA has shown that consuming fruits and beverages that contain different types of flavonoids such as Flavones, Anthocyanins and Flavanones can reduce the risk of erectile dysfunction.

These are citrus fruits, blueberries, blackberries, cherries, blackcurrants, strawberries, apples, red wines and pears,

The study report claims that a combination of the flavonoid containing food and exercise can reduce the risk by about 21 percent.

The study started in 1986 and involved 50,000 middle–aged men; it was published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition.
