1.Zika virus spreads through mosquito bites
Zika virus is transmitted by the Aedes mosquito which carries the virus from an infected person when it bites him and then gives it to next person it bites.
The Aedes Egypti mosquito breeds in stagnant waters in warm climates, both conditions are in Africa and the Southeast Asia and several countries in the Americas.

In these places you have open stagnant drainages, various containers of rain water, indoor water containers (covered or open), un-cleared refuse which can hold water; thus the mosquito is present in Africa, South Asia, Southern Europe, Southern States of the United States of America, Central America , the Caribbean, South America excluding Chile because of the temperate climate.
Brazilian health authorities have confirmed a case of transmission of Zika through transfusion of blood from a donor who had been infected with the mosquito-borne virus. They have also reported the presence of the active viruses in saliva and urine
2.One of the complications of female circumcision is bleeding
Bleeding is a common complication of circumcision whether female or male especially if done by traditional practitioners. These people are not trained to stop bleeding by surgical methods of sewing or tying bleeding blood vessels; they mainly apply pressure and herbs or rely on the body mechanism to stop the bleeding, this ability is dependent on several factors and varies from person to person. Bleeding could therefore be severe with the known consequences.
3.Aids in weight loss and Bowel Movement
Due to its low calorie and high water content, cucumber is ideal for people who are looking for weight loss. The high water content and dietary fiber in cucumbers are very effective in ridding the body of toxins from the digestive system, aiding digestion.
Daily consumption of cucumbers can be regarded as a remedy for chronic constipation.
4.Welding can cause respiratory diseases
Respiratory diseases from welding are due to inhaled fumes and the disease depends on what the fumes inhaled; if the base material is steel the fume will contain Cadmium which can cause a lung disease called Emphysema, Cadmium is used to coat steel to prevent rust. The fume from steel also contains Nickel which can trigger asthmatic attack in an asthmatic, the same fume also contain Chromium which can cause sinusitis.
If the welding rod contains Asbestos, then the fume will contain Asbestos which can cause a lot of diseases in the lungs including cancer if exposure is for several years.
5.Environmental sanitation discourages cockroaches
Cockroaches thrive and breed in a dirty environment; the house should be well lit up and swept thoroughly every day in our country before there is dirt everywhere, on the road, around the house, markets, everywhere. Clean the floor, clean the sinks, remove any collection of items; a clean house and surrounding discourage breeding of cockroaches.
6.Women do not like weaklings
Women are turned off by weaklings (men) who do everything demanded by their women, they would be called “woman wrapper” by other women. A man is expected to assert himself whenever necessary, this does not mean oppressing the women, but the man be able to take difficult decisions if the need arises. Soft and passive men turn off women.
On the other hand appearance turns on women, for some it is the physical appearance; being tall and powerfully built or being of average build, for others; it is the dressing, the well kept body (clean shaved or well trimmed beard, well kept hair), shoes, wrist watch, perfume, voice, speech, and general comportment.
However, great sex is not determined by the above;  a sexual encounter is an emotional and spiritual activity. It may not mean much to men as many see it as just another conquest but for a woman it is giving her most prized possession; if she has to do it, she will like to enjoy it; forget any pretentions.

We need to be vigilant for any possible sign of Zika in our various communities, and alert the health authority.
