U.S. Deports 41 Nigerians for Drug, Immigration Offences

The United States has joined the league of nations who have resorted to throwing off Nigerians from the shores recently, deporting a total of 41 Nigerians yesterday.

The 41 deported Nigerians, all male arrived the international wing of the Murtala Muhammed Airport (MMA), Lagos at 12.20pm yesterday onboard the Miami Ai International. Although the spokesman of the Nigerian Immigration Service (NIS), Murtala Mohammed Airport Command, Mr Adebola Adetula declined comment, we gathered that nine of the deportees were deported for drug offence, while 26 of them were deported for Police related offences. Six were deported for immigration offences. More than 500 Nigerians have been deported in the last seven months from the United Kingdom, Australia and now the United States.
