Speaking at the Agency annual World Health Assembly, the Leader, World Health Organization (WHO), Dr. Margaret Chan, disclosed that the spread of Zika virus is the price being paid for a massive policy failure on mosquito control and that the outbreaks were now in more than 60 countries and territories, including Africa. She added that the outbreaks reveal specific weakness in affected countries and illuminating the fault lines in our collective preparedness.
