A host of Medics known as the “Big guns”:- Dr. Lovett Lawson, Chairman, ‘Stop TB Partnership in Nigeria, Dr. Gabriel Akang, Dr. Josephine Okechukwu and Dr. Emmanuel Meribole, all of National Tuberculosis and Leprosy Control Program NTLCP are billed to attend the 38th Annual General Meeting and Scientific Conference of AGPMPN in April as part of commemoration of 2016 World Tuberculosis Day, Theme: “Find TB, Treat TB and working together to eliminate TB” while the slogan is “Unite to end TB”.
The conference is organized by the National Tuberculosis and Leprosy Control Program (NTLCP) in collaboration with the Association of General and Private Medical Practitioner of Nigeria (AGPMPN) ; during the conference, the association will give free diagnosis, treatment of TB and also enlighten and educate the public and healthcare practitioners on modern methods of managing TB.
